Sai Anugraha Spiritual Trust is blessed by Shri Sai to host 41 Saptaah Sai Satcharitra Parayan marking Centenary Celebrations of Shri Saibaba’s Mahasamadhi.
Shri Sai blessed us with a thought to start Saptaah from 1st Thursday of 2018 & end with last Wednesday before Shri Saibaba’s Maha Samadhi which means from 4th Jan 2018 to 17th Oct 2018 which is exactly 41 Saptaah (weeks).
When we asked Shri Sai what is the reason behind blessing us with 41 Saptaah, (usually 40 is called Mandal) He gave a beautiful thought like - "Whoever is participating from 1 to 40 Saptaah (4th January 2018 to 10th October 2018) have to pray for Samastha Loka Sukhino Bhavanthu i.e. welfare of the world and the last Saptaah which is named as Maha Samadhi Saptaah i.e. 41st Saptaah which starts from 11th Oct 2018 to 17th Oct 2018 is for self means we can ask any wish and do the parayan".
We shared this thought which Swamy gave us with Shri Saibaba Chaganty ji, an ardent devotee of Shri Sai. He then said it is all Swamy’s leela and he wanted to have 1008 people participate in Maha Samadhi Saptaah (41st Saptaah).
Again We started asking Shri Sai why he wanted 1008 people participate in last Saptaah alone where as there is no count for any other Saptaah. He gave an immediate thought that 15th Oct 1918 is Shri Saibaba’s Maha Samadhi day and 15th Oct 2018 falls exactly in last Saptaah.
To confirm that he made us to open a book in Shri Saibaba temple and we got a page where exactly a mention about Maha Samadhi with date 15th October was there. Also, 16th October 1918 is the day where Shri Saibaba’s body is taken as procession in Shirdi before Maha Samadhi in Buthi wada. Also, 17th October 2018 is the 1st Day of Maha Samadhi celebrations in Shirdi.
As 3 Important dates are falling during Maha Samadhi Saptaah Parayan (41st Saptaah), he wanted 1008 children participate in last Saptaah. He is the one who made Shri Saibaba Chaganty uncle to pass 1008 participants message to us and he is the one who raised a question about Saptaah Parayan and he is the one who answered in his style.
Requesting all Sai bandhus to participate in Maha Samadhi Saptaah Parayan without fail which starts from 11th October 2018.
