Celebrating 12 years

Dear family members & well-wishers, 

Greetings from Sai Anugraha.  


Sai Anugraha was started on 1st January 2008. We completed 12 years and stepped in to 13th year of service and hence celebrated 12th Sai Anugraha Day on 1st January 2020. In our journey of 12 years, we received an amount of ₹1,57,35,176.48/- (~US$ 224,788) and spent an amount of ₹1,52,94,591.82/- (~US$ 218,414) towards various initiatives such as Education Help, Medical Help, sapling plantation drives, Old age home visits, Orphanage home visits, relief & rehabilitation during natural calamities, digital classes etc. We also provided Blood donor details to the needy, supported blood donation camps, organized eye donation awareness camps, medical camps etc. 


In this journey, we touched nearly 74,867 HEARTS & extended our helping hand. Students who are supported by Sai Anugraha are well placed in many reputed organizations. Few people who received medical help from Sai Anugraha are recovered well and performing day to day activities and others are slowly recovering. People who received our help during natural calamities are coming back to normal life.

11th Sai Anugraha Day Celebrations

 We celebrated 11th Sai Anugraha Day on 1st January 2019 by sponsoring new clothes and lunch to kids of Saibaba Gurukulam at Chennai and Cherish Home at Hyderabad. Let’s read how we extended our helping hand to the needy under various initiatives.

Books OR Bricks

This initiative is so prominent for Sai Anugraha as we invest in future of the nation. "Once you have Education, no one can take it away". Hence, it attracts significant importance for tomorrow's leaders to have Books in their hands and not Bricks. This initiative is to encourage students to pursue quality education by providing tuition fee assistance, school Uniforms, curriculum books and other related necessities.

We started sponsoring ₹500/- towards Notebooks & stationary in 2008 and as of today, we sponsored an amount of ₹78,22,624.10/- under this initiative. 50% of funds received are used towards Books or Bricks initiative as today's students are tomorrow's future.

Sai Vidyalaya
To Teach is to Touch a Life Forever

Under this initiative, we adopt Educational institutions and take classes to students who are poor in academics. Our primary focus through this initiative is to teach children in academics, encourage students to get confidence, create awareness on social causes and Go Green initiatives, to develop infrastructure of the institutions which paves way for the overall development of the institution as well as the students. As of today, we sponsored an amount of ₹8,07,344/- under this initiative.

 1. Sponsoring monthly salary (June to December) for S.Kanimozhi who is working as Hindi Teacher at Udavum Nanbargal School, Chennai.
2. Sponsored 20 school benches to Government High School for Boys, Rajahmundry.


In 2019, we sponsored an amount of ₹1,45,800/- under this initiative supporting 101 beneficiaries.

Sai Aadhaar

This initiative plays a vital role during cases of emergencies. All necessary provisions are made available to old age homes, orphanages and to the families who need support effected by natural calamities. We help the needy with relief and rehabilitation. This initiative also serves for medical emergencies such as a database of blood donors is readily made available to the ones in urgent need of a specific type or quantity of blood group. As of today, we sponsored an amount of ₹23,72,244/- under this initiative.

Baba Prasadalay - 365

Sai Anugraha is on its way to showcase the world the importance of maintaining human relationships thru volunteerism. Under this initiative where, we sponsor food daily and visit orphanages, old age homes, schools & homes of special children to spend some quality time with the inmates. These visits showcase some of the purest human relations as these innocent hearts celebrate their Birthdays and special days, play around and enjoy the food served with love by our family members. As of today, we sponsored an amount of ₹20,92,495/- under this initiative.

Sai Aarogya

Isn't it awfully heartbreaking when cheerful, happy souls are taken far away because of a merciless disease? Sai Anugraha leaves no stone unturned in identifying people suffering of chronic illness, in need of surgical operations and those who live on support of medications. It raises funds to compensate for their hospital bills and provides additional financial support to their families. Also sets up health clubs, Eye donation awareness “Open Your Eyes” programs in schools and colleges that run Blood donation drives and regular health checkups. As of today, we sponsored an amount of ₹16,25,197/- under this initiative.

Livable Planet Earth

Inspired from the very last lecture given by Ex-President of India, a great teacher and a beautiful soul, Late Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, this initiative was renamed from “Let’s Green Our City” to “Livable Planet earth” devised in pursuit of a clean and green environment, and pollutants free water systems. 

As part of this initiative, we create competitions to Government school students on various Go Green Topics, Science & Technology developments, National Integration, India and its varied heritage, Festivals and traditions, National festivals etc.  The main goal of this initiative is to create awareness, to remove stage fear, to bring out hidden talent by encouraging everyone to participate.

Regular plantation drives are a part of this initiative which tries to spread awareness related to sustainable development, water conservation, rural development and a safer world for women and children. As of today, we sponsored an amount of ₹16,25,197/- under this initiative.

Inspiring Story - Sharing is Caring

Whenever we read Margaret Mead's quote, "Never doubt that a small  group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed it is the only thing that ever has!", undoubtedly we feel empowered and passionate as it exactly suits Sai Anugraha family members.

To create a positive and powerful impact to the society, one of our trustees Aravind Mokkarala came with an idea. After brain storming, we started a new initiative 'Sharing is Caring' from January 2019. As the name explains - we are caring for the needy by sharing our love and time. As part of this, all the participants will keep ₹11/- per day and donate as monthly contribution to Sai Anugraha.

In total we received an amount of ₹4,35,719/- and spent an amount of ₹4,63,958/- in 2019 which directly benefited 1,191 beneficiaries which includes

3. New clothes sponsorship to residents of Orphanages
4. Rehabilitation
5. Food sponsorship
6. School uniforms, stationery, benches & bags sponsorship
7. Prizes & snacks for Livable Planet earth initiative winners
