Dear All, Greetings from Sai Anugraha! 

We are very happy to share the good news that 'Sai Anugraha' is recognized by 'Outreach' as one of the Grassroot i.e. Community Service Groups operating in Cognizant. OUTREACH, a Cognizant CSR makes a tangible difference in the field of education through the combination of the volunteer efforts of Cognizant associates and the financial and administrative support of the company. In continuation of the efforts, OUTREACH partnering with community service groups to make the foundation of Indian education system very strong. 

Guidelines to become an Outreach registered grassroots group 

1. There should be minimum of 5 cognizant volunteers in the group. (We have nearly 338 people from Cognizant in Sai Anugraha family.)

2. At least 1 cognizant volunteer should be part of the core team. (MRK Kishore is the Founder Trustee of Sai Anugraha.)

3. At least one of the focus areas of our group should be in the field of education. (Our 'Sponsor A Student' initiative under Sai Akshar comes under this category.)

4. Minimum 100 volunteering hours per quarter.(We need to focus on this by encouraging people to participate in Baba Prasadalay and Sai Lendi Baug initiatives) 

5. The work has to be in the states where Cognizant operates in.(We have our Sai Anugraha family members from most of the cognizant locations)

As part of this partnership, we can refer Government schools in need of any infrastructure help such as compund wall construction, setting up of libraries, black boards, benches etc. OUTREACH will fund the projects.

Prerequisites for Outreach funding 

1. The group should have clocked a minimum of 100 volunteering hours. 

2. Funding will be provided only for Govt. institutions and FCRA certified organizations. 

3. Outreach will be able to partner with our family only for education related initiatives. 

4. Outreach will not be able to allocate funding for recurring basic necessities like food, clothing, footwear etc.

Next Steps 

1. We have to share the list of Cognizant associates who are part of our family.

2. We need to assign one POC who can work regularly with Outreach PMO.

3. We need to Identify 2 AD+(Associate Director) level associates who can sign off on all projects sponsored by OUTREACH.

4. PMO POC would guide and work with us to identify areas of partnership.

5. We need to report monthly on our activities to OUTREACH PMO.

All this is possible only with the continuous support and encouragement by Sai Anugraha family members. We would like to thank each and every one for being with us and supporting us. Looking forward for the same in coming years.
