Dear family members & well-wishers, Greetings from Sai Anugraha. 

We have completed another successful year with the wonderful support from each & every one of you. On 31st Dec 2016, we completed 9 successful years of Volunteer journey & entering into 10th year on 1st Jan 2017.

Highlights of 2016

Social Service Activities

In 2016, we received a total of INR 12,36,530.10/- towards donations, Interest, contributions towards Plus 1 Challenge  & spent a total of INR 13,20,010/- towards various initiatives as shown below touching unique 973 hearts. We received a special Jury Award from DUCT, Pondichery for the Relief & Rehabilitation activities during Chennai Floods of Dec 2015.

Baba Prasadalay

We visited orphanages & old age homes and spent time with the residents of the home and celebrated their special days and sponsored lunch/dinner. In total we spent an amount of INR 41,526/- towards this initiative.

2. Sponsored special lunch to 12 residents at Serve Needy Orphanage, Secunderabad.

6. Sponsored lunch to residents at Maruthi Orphanage, Hyderabad.

Sai Aadhaar

Under this initiative, we maintain the database of blood donors and provide the details to the people in need of blood. We also provided provisions to old age homes, orphanages and provided rehabilitation to people/homes affected during Chennai floods. We spent an amount of INR 4,21,191/- towards this initiative in 2016.

1. Sponsored new clothes of worth INR 2,800/- to 4 residents of OM Mandir Orphanage, Vizianagaram.
2. Sponsored School uniforms of worth INR 12,300/- to 41 students of MPP School, Bhupathipalli.
3. Sponsored INR 16,741/- to Chelladurai who lost everything during Chennai floods to restart provision stores in West Tambaram, Chennai.
4. Sponsored CCTV setup of INR 46,200/- at Udhavum Ullam, an old age home & orphanage at West Tambaram.
5. Sponsored INR 2,650/- for AC repair at Udhavum Ullam, an old age home & orphanage at West Tambaram.
6. Sponsored INR 1,50,000/- to AID India towards Construction of House for Muthaiyan – Govindammal who lost everything during Chennai floods.
7. Sponsored 7 Beds, 30 Bed sheets, 14 Mattresses including Transportation of worth INR 60,500/- to Manaspoorthi Orphanage, Kakinada.
8. Sponsored INR 65,000/- to Maruthi Oldage Home & Orphanage, Hyderabad.
9. Sponsored New Clothes of worth INR 47,500/- to 34 Kids & 50 Elders at Vivekananda Seva Sangham, Hyderabad marking "Sai Anugraha D
10. Sponsored New Clothes of worth INR 17,500/- to 37 Kids at Manaspoorthi, Kakinada.
11. Provided blood donor details to the needy.

Plus 1 Challenge

"Vasudhaika Kutumbakam" is a Sanskrit phrase found in Hindu texts such as the Maha Upanishad, which means "The world is one Family". We believe in the concept of "Vasudhaika Kutumbam" and started Plus 1 Challenge an unique initiative from April 2016 and received an amount of INR 23,784/- till today and utilized towards different Initiatives of Sai Anugraha.

Sai Aarogya

Sponsored INR 2,25,000/- for Ambulance under an initiative of SHRI SAIBABA SANSTHAN TRUST, Shirdi. This ambulance will be handed over to NGO in rural Maharashtra to provide medical facilities.

Spiritual Service Activities

As part of Spiritual activities, we conducted Sai Bhajans, Siddha Mangala Stothram chanting sessions, Daily Guru Charitra/Sai Satcharitra/Sai Leelamrutam Parayan, Virtual Samhuik Parayan for the welfare of the world, Shirdi Yatra.

Our Journey till today

In 9 years of journey, we received total donations of INR 68,53,315.73/- & spent INR 64,87,174.06/- towards various initiatives such as Education Help, Medical Help, sapling plantation drives, Flood relief activities, Cyclone relief activities, Old age home visits, Orphanage home visits, provided Blood donor details to the needy, supported blood donation camps, organized eye donation awareness camps etc.

In this journey, we touched nearly 17,395 HEARTS & extended our helping hand. Students who are supported by Sai Anugraha are well placed in many reputed organizations. Few people who received medical help from Sai Anugraha are recovered well and performing day to day activities and others are slowly recovering. People who received our help during natural calamities are are coming back to normal life. We joined hands with many NGOs which are working towards a common goal which helped us to touch more HEARTS & to serve more needy.
