Baba Prasadalay - Susheela Old Age Home

Hope all are doing good with baba blessings.

As part of our BABA PRASADALAY program, we visited suseela old age home @Madina guda, Hyderabad on May 08 & sharing few experiences here. As you all know BABA PRASADALAY is an initiative of Sai Anugraha where we will be visiting old age homes and orphanages and distribute food.

Under this initiative we have chosen Suseela old age home for the month of May.Suseela old age home gives shelter to old people, where grannys aged above 60 staying. They are blessed with good families, property and with all the basic comforts needed for a human but the only one thing lagging behind is care and affection from their very own families.

Here are few experiences which moved us during our visit.

• A Granny who ruled her family and who is having relatives in almost 6 villages near by is now staying in that oldage home all alone.
• A Granny who is having her children in Singapore and America is staying there and waiting for their visit having a belief that one day they will take her back.
• A Granny who is from Mumbai who is left by her family in Hyderabad all alone not knowing what to do and where to go and moreover she is dumb. By god's grace she is fortuned to meet 4 s/w employees who tried searching her family but unfortunately didn't get the details. At last they joined her in this old age home bearing all her living expenses.
• A Granny who is forced to join into an oldage home soon after his retirement. He got nearly 2 years old age home experience.He is paralyzed completely. He can neither walk nor can his hands do any work.Now he is expecting his son to take back to his home from the past 2 months nearly.
• And there are so many other people who want only care and affection from their very own families but not anything else.

Its true that the oldies become children again but its not fair to treat them like strangers and leaving them all the way in their old age when actually the genuine support and care is needed. They may be paralyzed physically but being their children and young guns we are paralyzed mentally.
